Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Support application monitoring tool deployments, tuning, releases, and tool upgrades.

- Develop and implement strategies to maintain and grow our infrastructure monitoring platform environment, ensuring overall stability and performance.

- General support, administration, and maintenance of our AppDynamics performance monitoring platform, dashboards, and reporting requirements.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Team Collaboration skills.

Requirements :

- 5+ years of IT experience.

- 4+ years of application performance monitoring tool administrative experience (AppDynamics administrative and implementation experience preferred).

- Windows/Unix server technical support experience.

- Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex infrastructure, event management, and infrastructure/application monitoring-related problems.

- Applies standard methodology, techniques, procedures, and criteria.

- Create meaningful documentation of monitoring standards, policies, and procedures.
