Social Media Marketing Executive
Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to achieve marketing objectives and increase brand visibility.
- Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Manage social media accounts, including daily posting, monitoring comments and messages, and engaging with the audience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing initiatives and product launches.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement in social media campaigns.
- Utilize social media management tools to schedule posts, track performance metrics, and generate reports on key insights and trends.
- Work closely with the design team to create visually appealing and onbrand multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and infographics.
- Stay uptodate with algorithm changes and best practices for each social media platform to ensure maximum reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to amplify brand messaging and reach new audiences.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging platforms, and new technologies to continuously improve social media strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Executive or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for social media campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience with graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and deliver highquality work under pressure.
Salary:
₹10, ₹35,308.76 per month
