Description
Greeting and welcoming visitors, provide necessary information, and create a positive and professional first impression.
- manage and schedule appointments for clients, ensuring efficient use of time and resources. This may involve using scheduling software, maintaining calendars, and coordinating with other staff members.
- provide general information about immigration processes, procedures, and requirements. They may explain the necessary documentation, fees, and timelines, as well as direct individuals to appropriate resources or personnel.
- support the administrative functions of the immigration office. This can involve tasks such as data entry, maintaining records, preparing reports, and assisting with basic office operations.
- collect fees, process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate financial records related to immigration services.
- maintaining the security and confidentiality of sensitive information. They may monitor access to the office, enforce security procedures, and handle confidential documents appropriately.


Salary:
From ₹10,000.00 per month
