    Roles and Responsibilities-

    Source, screen, interview, and assess high volumes of candidates for exempt and non-exempt roles to exceed the client's needs and expectations: both IT and non-IT

    Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure ATS is accurate.

    Proactively seek new avenues to attract candidates.

    Tracking and monitoring confidential candidate information

    Overseeing the background and pre-employment screening process

    Build strong relationships with hiring managers and facilitate positive candidate experiences Ensure timely and accurate service delivery as per client standards.

    Ensure consistent productivity & accuracy performance as per team requirements.

    Prompt response to queries from Internal or External stakeholders

    Desired Candidate Profile:

    Bachelor's degree - Effective communication skills - 3-6 years of experience in Hiring:
