    Description

    Primary Skill :

    • Strong knowledge on Middleware Solutions (e.g. Websphere, Tomcat, Apache, IIS)
    • This position requires a minimum of 5+ years on web middleware and indepth knowledge of industrystandard web middleware technologies.
    • Strong knowledge on Middleware Solutions (e.g. Java/J2EE, Weblogic, .Net, Tuxedo, Websphere, Tomcat, Apache, IIS).
    • Strong knowledge on UNIX, Wintel operating systems
    • Strong background on the Unix with scripting (Unix Shell, perl, phyton,)
    • Strong knowledge of security and Risk Configuration.
    • Experience on Cloud Technology support is a plus

    Job Description :

    • We are seeking a skilled and experienced WebSphere Administrator to join our team.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and administration of IBM WebSphere Application Server environments.

    Responsibilities :

    • Install, configure, and maintain WebSphere Application Server environments across various platforms (Windows, Linux, Unix).
    • Perform application deployments, updates, and troubleshooting.
    • Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability of WebSphere environments.
    • Implement security measures to protect WebSphere infrastructure.
    • Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve applicationrelated issues.
    • Perform regular system backups and recovery procedures.
    • Create and maintain documentation related to system configurations, procedures, and policies.
    • Stay updated with the latest WebSphere technologies and best practices.

    Requirements :

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a WebSphere Administrator or in a similar role.
    • Proficiency in installing, configuring, and managing IBM WebSphere Application Server.
    • Experience with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
    • Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
    • Familiarity with enterpriselevel IT infrastructure and concepts.
    • Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
    • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.)
