About Wishlink

  • Ecommerce hasn't changed in the last 30 years with respect to how users discover new products. Browsing through thousands and thousands of products is a hassle. It is changing now with content creators coming into the picture and helping users discover new products across millions of SKUs on thousands of eCommerce websites.

Our mission is to build a hyper-personalized shopping experience for every user, which is creator led, so that every user can get exactly what they are looking for.

We are on a mission to define new charters at the intersection of two of the most prominent aspects of the internet - e-commerce and social media.


Our Vision

  • The way people shop is changing. People are discovering more and more products on social media. Content creators are the primary source of discovery since theyhave their audience's trust and promise authenticity. But people don't know where to buy the products their favorite content creators have displayed in their content.
Wishlink is creating a new way of shopping online by building a
discovery-led shopping experience based on creators. Creators know what their audience wants and likes, and the audience places their trust on creators for product recommendations.


What are we looking for


As a UX/UI Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and create designs that enhance user satisfaction and drive business goals.


Experience

  • Formal training or relevant experience.
  • A love for design and an ability to execute amazing design work.

Responsibilities

  • By partnering with crossfunctional teams and customers, you will turn your insights into delightful products in a creative environment that requires proven leadership skills and the ability to execute a creative vision.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
  • Conduct user research and gather insights through methods such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and highfidelity mockups to visualize and communicate design concepts.
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and user testing to continuously improve the user experience.
  • Develop design systems and maintain UI kits to ensure consistency across products and platforms.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design and recommend innovative solutions to enhance our products.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and meet technical requirements.
  • Advocate for the user throughout the design process and champion usability and accessibility principles.
  • Ask smart questions, take risks and champion new ideas.

Requirements and Skills

  • Versatility, Experimentation, System thinking, Energy, Conceptdriven design which is superbly crafted. Show significant brand identity and digital projects.
  • Product executions executed from start to finish.
  • Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and justify design decisions.
  • Solid understanding of usercentered design principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment is preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedback.
  • A wellrounded portfolio of client work, demonstrating a strong understanding of client objectives.
  • Recommend new tools and technologies by staying abreast of the latest trends and techniques.
