    Description

    Role Title: Total Rewards Analyst.

    Education guidelines :Minimum Qualification: MBA in Human Resource Management.

    Desired experience : 1 to 3 years of experience

    Broad knowledge of multiple HR disciplines including compensation practices, benefits administration and management.

    Key Accountabilities :

    Rewards management

    Drive design and implementation of Rewards policies for the organization.

    • with the Regional Rewards for market benchmarks and providing inputs for the annual compensation benchmarking survey.
    • compensation fitments for new hire offers in partnership with the TA team to ensure internal and market pay parity while hiring from the market.
    • with annual year-end process and implementation of incentive plans.
    • end-to-end insurance management from renewal, communication of policy benefits, collation and sharing of data to liaising with vendors for resolution of issues.
    • Provide expertise to the HR team to leverage C&B as a differentiator to enhance UBL's ability to attract, retain and motivate top talent.
    • Drive adherence to declared calendar and timelines. Facilitate decision making on promotions, increments and salary corrections.
    • Ensure timely action on the Equal Pay assessment and Fair Wage assessment in the organization to support the global rewards agenda.

    Policy design and review

    • benchmarking and update operating frameworks, policies and procedures for HR processes based on business priorities.
    • implementation of defined policies and procedures across the plants/ units and monitor adherence to them.
    • appropriate communication on policies & processes to all employees.
    • as Centre of Excellence for HR; Provide guidance, review and update HR policies and guidelines to support HR teams in delivering HR agenda.
    • as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures.

    Audits & Compliance

    • Support the internal, external and global audit of HR processes pertaining to benefits and related processes by providing requested data/ process details in a timely manner.
    • Review HR compliance related reports and respond to audit queries by auditors/ regulators to ensure compliance.
    • Ensure timely testing of internal financial controls pertaining to Rewards.

    Support to Global Mobility and Expats

    • required process and documentation support to the assignees to UBL on LTA or STA in coordination with the Global Mobility team and vendors.
    • timely prior approval for the Global mobility invoices in alignment with the assignment terms and payments against the same.
    • compliance of tax guidelines and processes laid down by the Government for the remuneration and benefits provide to the Expats.
