Job Summary

The Travel & Admin Executive will arrange business travel for employees, identifying the most cost-effective and efficient travel arrangements and making necessary reservations for accommodations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Must be able to manage complete operations of travel desk (International & domestic)
Hotel Booking
Booking Air/train/bus Tickets
Managing other travel formalities
Generate and keep record of travel report
Coordination with internal employees, Sr Management and Top management
Must be able to work in a fast faced environment with ability to do Multitasking
Maintain a relationship with vendors and agencies.
Negotiate rates and contracts with travel service providers.
Process T&E reports.
Manage credit card programs, charges, and reimbursements if any.
Ensure that all programs comply with all travel procedures.
Provide suggestions and advice on travel documents, import and export regulations, and insurance.
Continuously work towards the improvement of travel programs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in travel and tourism, hospitality business or relevant fields is preferred.
Prior experience in corporate travel.
Excellent communication, people and negotiation skills.
Analytical attitude with an organized approach.
Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
