As a MEPF BIM Modeler, you will be responsible for developing accurate and detailed 3D models of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems for construction projects.

You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the integration of MEPF systems within the overall building design.

Experience - 3-5 years

Key Responsibilities:

Model Development:

Create and maintain 3D BIM models of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems using software such as Revit or other BIM tools.

Ensure that the models accurately represent the design intent and comply with industry standards and codes.

Collaboration:
Work closely with architects, engineers, and other team members to coordinate MEPF systems with the overall building design.

Participate in coordination meetings to resolve clashes and conflicts between different building systems.

Documentation:
Generate 2D drawings and documentation derived from the 3D models for construction and installation purposes.

Keep documentation up-to-date with any design changes or modifications.

Quality Assurance:
Perform quality checks on models and drawings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project specifications.

Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in collaboration with the project team.

Communication:
Effectively communicate with project stakeholders to understand and incorporate design requirements and changes.

Provide support to project teams through the preparation of visualizations, renderings, and other presentation materials.

Training and Development:
Stay updated on industry trends, software updates, and best practices related to BIM and MEPF systems.

Provide training and support to team members on BIM tools and processes.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.

Proficient in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD MEP, or similar.

Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.

Knowledge of relevant building codes and standards.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Detail-oriented and capable of meeting deadlines.

Experience:

Previous experience in MEPF BIM modeling for construction projects is preferred.

Familiarity with construction industry practices and workflows.
