Handling Inbound and Outbound Calls:
Telecallers may be responsible for answering calls from customers and responding to their inquiries, as well as making calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
Providing Information and Assistance:
Telecallers should be able to answer questions and provide information about products, services, and company policies. They should also be able to assist with problems or issues they may be experiencing.
Resolving Complaints and Concerns:
Telecallers should be able to listen to and understand complaints and work to resolve any issues in a satisfactory manner.
This may involve escalating the issue to a higher level of support or working with other departments to find a solution.
Handling Orders And Processing Payments:
Telecallers may be responsible for taking orders from the phone and processing payment information. This may involve verifying customer information and ensuring that orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
Upselling And Cross-Selling Products And Services: Telecallers may be responsible for promoting additional products or services, either during the initial call or by following up with customers after the initial interaction.
Maintaining Accurate Records:
Telecallers should be able to accurately record interactions and transactions and may be responsible for updating accounts or profiles with relevant information.
Meeting Performance Goals:
Telecallers may be required to meet certain performance goals, such as a certain number of calls handled per hour or a certain percentage of sales made.
