Job Title:
Domestic IT Recruiter


Experience: 6 months to 5 years


Location:
Ameerpet, Hyderabad (Onsite)


Shift:
Day Shift (10am - 7pm IST)


What you'll do:


  • We are hiring for freshers to 5 years of Recruitment experience in IT staffing.
  • Responsible for handling IT requirements from Domestic clients.
  • Responsible to work on Contract, Full time, Contract to hire (C2H).
  • Responsible for fullcycle recruiting: Interview, Offer, Negotiation and closed
  • Sourcing from Job Portals (Naukri, Monster etc), Making job postings on the Job
Portal.

  • Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and
placement.

  • Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding
client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.

  • Must be having capability to work with a team or individually.
  • Interview assesses and evaluates applicants to determine their qualification and
appropriate match with client needs.

  • Confident in dealing with challenging super niche skills and can professionally
reason with them to a successful outcome.


What We're looking for:


  • Must possess excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and handle pressure and demands.
  • Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles and technical skills.
  • Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices.

Salary:
₹12, ₹30,000.00 per month
