Customer Care & Event Coordination Officer


Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Care:


  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Event Coordination:


  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, audiovisual setup, and transportation.
  • Communicate with vendors, sponsors, and participants to ensure smooth event operations.

Office Administration:


  • Provide general administrative support, including managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Assist with data entry, file management, and recordkeeping tasks as needed.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members or event attendees.

Documentation and Reporting:


  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to customer interactions, event planning, and office operations.
  • Compile data and generate reports to track customer service metrics, event attendance, and other key performance indicators.

Communication and Collaboration:


  • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and coordination of activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and finance, to support integrated business operations.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • 12 years of experience in customer service, event coordination, or office administration roles.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Customercentric attitude and commitment to providing exceptional service.

Pay:
₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
