1. Support & provide customer service via chats.


  • Effectively dealing with customers & identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Taking care of after sales services.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Handle chats professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.

Salary:
₹16, ₹25,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (required)

Experience:
