Responsibilities:


  • Manage and coordinate office operations and procedures.
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.
  • Organize and execute Events
  • Maintain contact lists and follow up with vendor
- suppliers.


  • Provide general support to teams
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
  • Maintain office equipment and manage contracts and services.
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data.
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Handle confidential information in a professional and discreet manner.
  • Undertake occasional receptionist duties.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or office admin executive.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.

Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Experience:
