Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate office operations and procedures.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.
- Organize and execute Events
- Maintain contact lists and follow up with vendor
- Provide general support to teams
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
- Maintain office equipment and manage contracts and services.
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data.
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Handle confidential information in a professional and discreet manner.
- Undertake occasional receptionist duties.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or office admin executive.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
