Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Oversee the management of inventory including stock levels, ordering, receiving, and storage of furniture materials and finished products.
Implement inventory control procedures to minimize stock discrepancies and optimize inventory turnover.
Coordinate with sales teams to process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Ensure timely fulfillment of orders by coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams.
Provide excellent customer service to clients visiting the store, addressing inquiries, and assisting with product selection.
Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Ensure that the store layout and displays are visually appealing and conducive to showcasing furniture products effectively.
Implement merchandising strategies to highlight key products and promote sales.
Oversee day-to-day store operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security protocols.
Monitor store cleanliness and maintenance to create a pleasant shopping environment for customers.
Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels and reconcile discrepancies.
Generate inventory reports to track stock movement, identify trends, and make informed purchasing decisions.
Maintain relationships with furniture suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to optimize costs and improve profitability.
Supervise store staff, providing guidance, coaching, and training as needed to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.
Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among store employees.
Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and recommend suitable furniture solutions.
Assist with sales transactions, processing payments, and arranging delivery or installation services.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper handling of furniture materials and adherence to fire and safety protocols.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies within the store.
Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to remain competitive.
Pay:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
