Description:
Design and implement comprehensive security strategies for OT environments, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and IT security policies.
Develop and maintain the security architecture for OT systems, incorporating best practices and industry standards to protect against internal and external threats.
Conduct regular risk assessments of the OT environment, identifying vulnerabilities and potential threats. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
Ensure OT security practices comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and guidelines such as NIST, IEC 62443, and others pertinent to the organization's sector.
Collaborate with cybersecurity and operational teams to develop and refine OT incident response and recovery plans. Participate in incident handling and forensic analysis when security breaches occur.
Work with various stakeholders including IT, engineering, operations, and executive teams to ensure a unified approach to security across the organization.
Stay abreast of the latest security technologies, trends, and threats targeting OT systems. Recommend and implement security enhancements and innovations.
Develop and deliver security training and awareness programs tailored to the needs of OT personnel, promoting a culture of security across the organization.
