    Location: Mumbai-Andheri East (SEEPZ)


    Candidates from Western Line Preferred

    Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant ONLY

    Experience: 0-3 years

    Flexible to work from office

    Notice Period: Immediate Joiners & Lesser notice period Candidates preferred

    Organizational Overview:

    • Accounts receivable (Billing / AR) Executives / Managers are the backbone and frontline module of a finance team in any Organization.
    • They are responsible for Recognizing the revenue, billing, posting, and verifying payments that come into the company and resolving discrepancies.
    • You will need excellent communication skills and data-entry skills to excel in this job, and a knack for numbers, good team player, and people skills.
    • It is important to be resilient since part of the job involves making collection calls for delinquent accounts. Only trustworthy candidates are accepted, and you will need to be flexible to the company's needs.
    • Willingness to work during weekends or late evenings during busy monthly / year-end closing periods as and when the need arises.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Knowledge of Revenue recognition as per IFRS standards, Accounts Receivable, Billing, and Collection
    • Knowledge of office administration and procedures
    • Knowledge of general accounting and bookkeeping procedures
    • Knowledge of SAP software
    • Proficient in relevant Financial Management software such as Nessie/SAP
    • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
    • Fresh/experienced CAs for Supervisor Positions

    Key Competencies

    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Good verbal and written communication skills
    • Establish a 'Daily Sales Outstanding' (DSO) Goal
    • Good EQ
    • Conceptual clarity of the function coupled with focus and discipline to turn around deliverables on time
