    Description

    Position OverviewSenior Revenue Analyst will work with the founder & other team members for improving client performance on the commercial front.

    You will be trained on each task from the basics and are expected to contribute operationally and strategically for each client.

    You will get highest level of exposure for interacting with clients from all over the world.

    We are presently working with clients from Canada, UAE, US, Europe, Puerto Rico, India, Australia and are likely to expand to newer destinations.

    We are focused on adding value to our partners on every parameter that we engage with them.


    Chance to travel in India and abroad and interact with diverse set of partners - rather than just a day to day operational scope.

    This position will undergo intense training orientation process for optimal returns on the time invested.

    He / she will also help in recruiting and training new team members coming on board in due course of time as the company expands.

    Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Senior Revenue Analyst.

    You will be responsible for managing the reporting, assisting in deriving strategy, implementing the operational revenue management tasks, communicating with the team & clients, and ensuring client satisfaction.

    You will also coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

    QualificationsBachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related fieldUnderstands the functioning of hotels, hotel apartments and holiday homesIs willing consider working on US and India time zone as per the client requirementsPreferably 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, specifically in revenue & reservations managementStrong knowledge of reservations management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and customer service practicesFamiliarity with revenue management principlesExcellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyStrong problem-solving and conflict resolution skillsFlexible schedule, with availability to work on weekends and holidays if necessary
