Job Title:
Interior Designer

Experience: 2-4 years

Responsibilities:

Client Consultation: Meet with clients to discuss their interior design preferences, requirements, and budget constraints. Understand the scope of the project and establish clear objectives and expectations.

Concept Development: Develop conceptual designs and mood boards that reflect the client's vision, style, and functional needs. Present design concepts, material samples, and color schemes to clients for review and feedback.

Space Planning: Create detailed space plans and layouts to optimize the functionality, flow, and use of interior spaces. Consider factors such as traffic flow, ergonomics, and spatial relationships in the design process.

Material and Finish Selection: Select appropriate materials, finishes, furnishings, and accessories to enhance the aesthetic appeal and functionality of interior spaces. Consider factors such as durability, sustainability, and budget constraints in material selection.

3D Visualization: Use computer-aided design (CAD) software and other visualization tools to create 3D renderings and virtual walkthroughs of proposed design concepts. Provide clients with realistic representations of their future spaces to facilitate decision-making.

Construction Documentation: Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents for contractors, builders, and tradespeople to implement the design vision accurately. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.

Project Management: Oversee all aspects of the design project, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and onsite supervision. Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to provide progress updates and address any issues or concerns.

Client Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with clients, vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders throughout the design process. Foster positive relationships and maintain open communication to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

Salary:
₹30, ₹80,000.00 per month
