Job Summary:

As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth execution of sales operations.

Your primary responsibilities will include preparing quotations, processing sales orders, generating invoices, and following up on orders.

You will be responsible for maintaining effective communication with both internal teams and external clients to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products or services.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role as a Sales Coordinator or in sales support.
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, order management, and customer service.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.

Responsibilities:


Quotation Preparation:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to gather necessary information for preparing accurate and competitive quotations.
  • Analyze customer requirements and pricing strategies to ensure profitability.
  • Prepare and send quotations to clients within the agreed timelines.
  • Maintain a record of all quotations and update the sales team on their status.

Sales Order Processing:

  • Receive and review sales orders from clients.
  • Verify the accuracy of order details, including product specifications, quantities, and pricing.
  • Coordinate with the production or logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Generate sales order confirmations and communicate them to clients.

Invoicing:

  • Create and issue invoices based on the sales orders.
  • Ensure accuracy in pricing, discounts, and taxes.
  • Coordinate with the finance department to resolve any invoicing discrepancies.
  • Send invoices to clients and maintain records of all transactions.

Order Follow-up:

  • Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on their orders.
  • Address any queries or concerns raised by clients regarding their orders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any issues that may impact order delivery.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products or services as per the agreedupon schedule.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing necessary support.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling or crossselling opportunities.
  • Gather feedback from clients and relay it to the relevant teams for continuous improvement.


In summary, as a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team by preparing quotations, processing sales orders, generating invoices, and following up on orders.

Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to multitask will contribute to the overall success of the sales operations.


Salary:
₹18, ₹24,000.00 per month
