- **Achieving sales operational objectives by means and methods as approved by the management
Building a pipeline of customers, tapping into existing database and building newer channels of potential clients
Contributing marketing and sales inputs for building on strategic plans
Executing all sales plans to achieve given targets in terms of revenue and market development.
Conceptualizing, planning & implementing sales promotions activities.
Interacting with channel partners for developing communication plans based on specific sales objectives and analyzing it keeping further sales planning into considerations.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
Analyze customer behavior and preferences to inform marketing and sales strategies.
Marketing Strategy and Planning:
Develop comprehensive marketing plans that align with business goals.
Create and implement innovative marketing campaigns across various channels to generate leads and build brand awareness.
Sales Development:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Drive the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and maximize business opportunities.
Digital Marketing:
Oversee the company's online presence, including the website and social media platforms.
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to reach a wider audience and increase online engagement.
Event Management:
Coordinate and participate in industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote the company and its offerings.
Reporting and Analytics:
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing and sales efforts.
Provide regular reports on key performance indicators and recommend adjustments to strategies as needed.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):Implement and maintain CRM systems to effectively manage customer interactions, leads, and sales opportunities.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer support, to ensure alignment of marketing and sales efforts with overall business objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and sales techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve problems and drive results.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Selfmotivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
