Job Summary:


Responsibilities:


  • Generate and maintain sales leads through market research and networking.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Identify and analyze customer needs and provide customized solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products or services.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape.
  • Attend conferences, trade shows, and industry events to promote the company's products and services.

Requirements:


  • Engineering graduate with an MBA degree preferred.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in technology sales, preferably in software, engineering, or R&D services
  • Exposure to the Medical and/or Industrial domains preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
  • Willingness to travel all over India.
