Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Generate and maintain sales leads through market research and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Identify and analyze customer needs and provide customized solutions to meet their requirements.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products or services.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape.
- Attend conferences, trade shows, and industry events to promote the company's products and services.
Requirements:
- Engineering graduate with an MBA degree preferred.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in technology sales, preferably in software, engineering, or R&D services
- Exposure to the Medical and/or Industrial domains preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
- Willingness to travel all over India.
