Roles /Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients through networking, referrals, and other lead generation activities.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
Actively engage with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
Provide guidance and advice to clients on property selection, financing options, and investment opportunities.
Coordinate property viewings, negotiations, and closing processes to ensure seamless transactions.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and property inventory.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, finance, and legal, to streamline processes and deliver exceptional service to clients.
Stay updated on industry regulations, market dynamics, and best practices to enhance professional knowledge and expertise.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong understanding of the real estate market, including market trends, pricing strategies, and legal regulations.
Demonstrated negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
Proactive attitude with a focus on problem-solving and delivering exceptional customer service.
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
