Responsibilities:
- Handling and resolving customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Providing accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with internal departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
- Following up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction.
- Identifying and escalating priority issues to appropriate teams.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Requirements:
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problemsolving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
