Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handling and resolving customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Providing accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with internal departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
  • Following up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction.
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to appropriate teams.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Requirements:


  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
