As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for the following:- You will receive orders from the clients and co-ordinate the same with the operations team.
- You will resolve queries raised by clients and make sure that they receive replies on time.
- You will be in the frontend role and responsible for coordination among different departments and branches.
- Fluent in English and communication. Has past experience in drafting professional mails and leading professional conversations.
- Should have at least 2 years of experience in clientfacing role.
- Should have basic knowledge of and interest in the Transportation industry.

₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
