About the role:

We have grown revenue by an average of 25% per year for the last 24 years, and we aim to growth by another 10X in the next 8 years.

The Chief of Staff (COS) will support the CEO and the senior leadership team in the critical task of formulating and executing the strategy that will get us there.

The COS will work with the leadership team to conduct research on markets, customers, and competitive trends for Soliton to open up new customers, products,
services and business models.

The COS is expected to not only generate insights for the senior leadership but also advocate the steps with why, what, when and how these will lead to the require growth.

Another important responsibility will be the implementation of the necessary governance to ensure that the leadership team and the company follow through in building appropriate business and organizational support actions and mechanisms for the realization of the strategic initiatives.

It should be clear by now that this role will provide a unique opportunity to shape and influence the strategic agenda of the company and provide valuable experience of being a critical and integral part of the leadership team steering a technology company through an exponential growth phase.

This role will help fast-track the incumbent to top leadership roles in high growth companies.
