We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing team in
payment, legal, marketing operations, budget management across premium, kids
and OTT business for Warner bros Discovery.


Responsibilities:


  • Track marketing activities and own the billing process for marketing
activities

  • Ensure correct estimates are raised by vendors based on WBD and
other local legal requirement

  • Raise Purchase orders and share the same in a timely manner with the
vendor

  • Track completion of activities and do GRN in liaison is brand manager
  • Coordinate with WBD finance and vendor finance team
  • Track final payment status to the vendor
  • Conflict resolution in case of payment delays
  • Vendor management
  • Vendor on boarding
  • Vendor creation in the system and approval from key stakeholders
  • Coordination with WBD finance team and vendor teams to get
required financial records

  • Query resolution by finance or vendor teams
  • Marketing budget management
  • Reconciliation of purchase orders and marketing spends
  • Track spends Vs budget with marketing team and finance team
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reviews for marketing head to
track spends

  • Legal agreement coordination and support
  • Liaison with brand manager, legal team and vendor to work on legal
agreements

  • Coordinate on closure and signing of legal agreements
  • Maintain a central repository of all signed legal documents for
marketing function

  • Marketing Operations
  • Execution of last mile marketing activities with internal and external

stakeholders which include:

  • Managing timelines and deliverables with creative services
team and brand managers

  • Coordination with external vendors and agencies for last mile
execution including creative and other operational functions

  • Merchandise management for consumer activities
  • Coordination with cross functional teams and vendors for ground
events for eg. school contact program requires coordination with
multiple stakeholders for client samples, WBD merchandise, physical
branding across 1500 schools in India
Skill sets

  • Communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with multiple
internal and external stakeholders

  • Self starter to learn new, multiple platforms in an evolving business
environment

  • Prior experience in working on large scale businesses with multiple vendors
and stakeholders

  • Excellent organizational skills, agile with an ability to multitask
  • Adept at handling large scale ground events
  • Proficient in microsoft excel and microsoft powerpoint
  • Proficient in handling financial tools such as SAP etc
  • Understanding of financial billing process including basic taxation
