• Develop and execute brand activation strategies and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, sales, and creative, to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
• Identify target audiences and devise tactics to reach and connect with them effectively.
• Plan and execute experimental marketing events, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for brand activation.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and partners to support brand activation efforts.
• Ensure brand messaging and visual identity are consistent across all activation channels and materials.
• Knowledge of various social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics, and scheduling platforms.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
• Flexibility to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative brand activation ideas.
• Should have Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
