Job Summary
- Implementing and managing front desk objectives and procedures
- Participating in daily operations meetings to coordinate closely with support departments regarding general administration and operations issues
- Maintaining front desk office supplies and equipment and managing budgets regarding the same
- Ensuring that the reception area is kept wellorganized and neat
- Performing various administrative duties as assigned by the organization by working closely and in coordination with the facilities and housekeeping teams
- Answering frontdesk complaints and questions from visitors
- Maintaining employee and department directories and notifying company personnel regarding arrival of visitor(s)
- Maintaining and updating relevant data, collecting feedback and reporting all these to the management in regular intervals
Relevant work experience of - 5 years handling front desk/ reception
Excellent English and Hindi communication skills
Proficiency in using a computer
An ability to multi-task Skills:
- Office administration

₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
