Key responsibilities:

  • Contact potential or existing customers over the phone to present our products, address
their doubts and questions, and drive conversions


  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information/feedback to increase
conversion efficiency and improve our products


  • Understand users' pain points and help them understand why they should choose
