About the role:

To help us in our continued expansion through 2023 and beyond, we're looking for a new permanent HRBP to join our Hyderabad People Team.

Joining our Global Centre of Excellence model, you'll sit in our HR Business Partner team, reporting to our Head of HR for Business Partnering and working with your HR Business Partner, taking full ownership of your own departments and their employee population.

What you'll be doing:

Based in Hyderabad with hybrid working

Employee relations:

Manage ER cases endtoend from disciplinary, grievance, performance and absence management to flexible working
Offer leaders advice on issues and educate teams on best practice, tailoring approach based on different working environments (e

g:
Warehouses)

Maintain regular contact with line managers, aiming to spot and resolve ER issues at early stages
Spot trends between ER cases and recommend policy or process interventions, leading delivery of any changes
HR contact for employee and line manager escalations which cannot be resolved by People Services

Management capability:

Coach managers on people issues, working together to provide appropriate solutions and mitigate risks
Lead ER development sessions for managers focussing on policy, process and legislation to build confidence, competence and selfsufficiency
Monitor Employee Engagement results and support managers to develop action plans

Continuous improvement:

Scope and lead mediumsized people projects that improve HR policy and processes, in partnership with other people teams
Contribute to larger, companywide HR workstreams to achieve HR Department goals
Implement and deliver local People Plan actions on time and within budget
Encourage adoption of our HR Operating Model, directing employees and managers to the right channels

People processes:

Support and facilitate core people processes (e.g. Performance Calibrations)
Support and facilitate Talent Planning and Internal Mobility conversations and decisions
Support interviews and assessment loops for crucial roles
Ensure employee data is organised and maintained in HR systems

People partner:

Partner with line managers, department leaders and up to 2 directors within client group(s) providing expert support on all people matters (e

g:
succession planning, performance management)

Champion workplace culture through role modelling our Values and coaching team member attitudes and behaviours to promote a positive, inclusive culture with high levels of engagement

Requirements:

4+ years HR experience with at least 1+ years experience supporting at HR Advisory or HRBP level
Domain expertise in one or more of these areas, or similar, is desired: Retail, Hospitality, Marketing and Customer Care
Commercial awareness with understanding of performance and how to ensure delivery through people
Identify problems and suggest analysis or offer solutions that resolve these or mitigate risk to protect the business
Passionate about developing self and others, building careers and providing worldclass employee experience
Embraces change and succeeds in an environment where they can lead and achieve projects
Enjoys working both autonomously and collaboratively
