    Position Title:

    Program Manager

    Overview:

    The Program Manager at BHIVE plays a crucial role within the central management team, directly reporting to the CEO. This role involves overseeing multiple real estate development projects, internal issue resolution, improvement initiatives, and innovation programs. The Program Manager also focuses on metrics-driven reporting and reviews business operations to ensure they align with organizational goals.

    What You'll Do (Key Deliverables):

    • Key Objectives and Goals:
      • Efficiently track and manage real estate development projects.
      • Facilitate internal issue resolution and drive improvement and innovation programs.
      • Implement metrics-driven reporting for project and program progress monitoring.
      • Keep the CEO updated on project and program status across multiple centers.
    • Tasks and Activities:
      • Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
      • Manage the planning, execution, and monitoring of real estate development projects.
      • Collaborate with teams to resolve internal issues and drive improvement initiatives.
      • Develop and apply metrics to measure project and program success.
      • Generate reports for the CEO on project and program performance.
      • Ensure effective communication and coordination among all stakeholders.
    • Decision-Making Authority:
      • Assist the CEO in making strategic decisions on project prioritization and resource allocation.
      • Obtain approval from the CEO for significant project changes and budget adjustments.
    • Collaboration and Communication:
      • Work closely with the CEO, executive team, and stakeholders to align with organizational objectives.
      • Maintain open communication with project teams and stakeholders for smooth execution.
      • Promote a collaborative environment encouraging teamwork and knowledge sharing.
