KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Answering calls and resolving queries about company or client product

  • Supporting sales activities through mailing and cold calling.
  • Maintain MIS reports and update the management on the status of all the prospects.
  • Ability to develop maintain positive working relationship with client and field force.
  • Follow up with incoming leads.
  • Establish, develop and maintain the business relationship with the prospective customer
in the assigned territory to generate new business for the organization.

  • Interacting with the customers and providing them the information about the company
products and services.


DESIRED SKILLS
Should possess good listening skills and customer handling skills.

  • Ability to handle pressure.
  • Good MS Office knowledge.
  • Any Industry / Tele calling Experience is an added advantage.

Salary:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
