**Inside Sales Representative- SKF ( Efficient Distributors )**A
Purpose of the role:
Identify sales opportunity in maintenance and repair operations (MRO) with the customers. Customers include both Industrial and Retail customers. Focus is on establishing healthy relationships with these customers for future business and transactions.

Responsibilities:
- Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.
- Demonstrate product knowledge in understanding client needs and offering solutions and support.
- Timely Addressal of the leads received from various sources.
- Rigorous follow ups with the customers to be in line with the order stage.
- Maintain cordial relationships with current and potential customers to encourage repeat purchases.
- Maintaining database (CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information.
- Proactively engage with the customer throughout the order life cycle to ensure best in class experience.
