Description
Key Responsibilities:
Learn and understand the products or services offered by the company.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided lead lists.
Introduce products or services to potential customers and address basic inquiries.
Assist senior sales representatives in conducting sales presentations and closing deals.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Collaborate with team members to achieve team sales targets and goals.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Follow up with customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and build relationships.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or a similar role.
Interest in sales and willingness to pursue a career in sales.
Eagerness to take on challenges and achieve goals.
Additional language proficiency is a plus.
Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
