DME/BE/B TECH

Experience: - 3 Years

Sector:
Automotive industry only.

Roles & Responsibility:

Internal quality System to be ensure regular basis
Line Inspection
Using Quality equipment's

Communication given to next shift line inspectors.

Check sheet given to production operators.

Manual CMM to be calibrated on shift basis.

Ensure the Poka-Yoke Working Condition as per the check sheet. If Poka

Yoke not working stop the machine inform to supervisor and quality engineer

First - Off approval given as per control plan for all process

Setup approval given as per control planfor any setting changes.

After given the first - Off approval, ensure previous shift first - off samples given to regular production.

During the approval any variation noticed. Machine / process to be corrected along with shift supervisor based o the CMM report.

Inspection carried out as per the frequency mentioned in the check sheet.

Any gauges require for production, issue and get sign from supervisor. And gauges received from supervisor and

Ensure the calibration status for line use gauges / instruments

Ensure availability of identification tag in each process and availability of rejection (REDBIN) in each station.

Verify that the control chart and properly field.

Soft Skills:
Ms Excel, Ms Word, Ms PPT.

Pay:
₹14, ₹18,500.00 per month
