Job Brief

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to businesses to introduce our products/services and identify potential leads.
  • Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Present product/service features and benefits persuasively to generate interest and qualify leads.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and other channels.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments or demonstrations with potential clients.
  • Keep accurate records of all interactions and lead status updates in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and optimization.

Qualifications

  • Highly motivated selfstarter with a competitive spirit and keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, goaloriented sales environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a positive and engaging phone presence.
  • Aptitude for technology and willingness to learn new tools and systems.
  • Proven ability in opportunity qualification, precall planning, and time management.
  • Strong team player with the capacity to work independently when needed.
  • Proficiency in English, Telugu, and Hindi is required.
