Our company is looking for a Education Counsellor to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Lead generation, cold calling and qualifying corporate and institutional leads;
Career Counseling to prospective customers;
Any additional tasks assigned time to time as andwhen required;
Involvement in all other forms of marketing activities both online and offline;
Listening to the needs of prospects and educating the prospects;
Willingness to contribute to any area of work as andwhen required;
Maintaining records with respect to all communication happeningwith students;
Building relationships with prospects;
Achieving monthly/quarterly targets;
Constant interaction with prospective students through cold calling;
Liaisingwith centre Manager to optimize closure;
Making cold calls when required;
Finding new sales leads.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills and ability to fluently speak in English, Hindi &Marathi;
Having previous experience of sales in education industry;
Passion to achieve business goals;
Presentable personality;
Basic Computer Knowledge;
Drive to convert leads to enrollments;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Excellent English communication skills;
Having right attitude and approach;
Ready to do any work irrespective of job profile or education;
Flair to engage in conversation and pitching sale;
High on energy level;
Dynamic personality;
Good track record of meeting and/or exceeding targets.

Salary:
From ₹16,000.00 per month
