Description

Well-versed with drafting techniques

Knowledge of CAD software, GPS and GIS systems are important.
Coordinating with Engineers, Architects in the review of computations.
Evaluating physical site surveys by using all appropriate equipment.
Performing and processes sketches, drawings, and other specifications to be met.
Measuring of depths, angles, radius and all other parameters and taking right decisions.
Usage of latest surveying tools or instruments to provide layouts.
Use equipment and tools to accurately measure land features (e.g. longitudes, latitudes)
Maintaining regular reports of written work.
Responsible for keeping the projects on costeffective budget and on time.
Proper compliance understandings with all specific construction regulations.
Checking whether everything is met according to legal standards.
Following all technical equipment to ensure suitability for construction project.
Adequate experience of various designing factors is an added advantage.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Diploma (Civil)+ ITI (Land Surveyor), B. TECH(Civil/Survey)/ M. TECH(Civil)

EXPERIENCE: 4-8 years

KEY SKILLS:
Data Analysis, Visual Creativity, Technical Reports, handling modern Survey instruments, AutoCAD latest version
