Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:
Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs, providing product information, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Sales Targets:
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective product knowledge, upselling, and proactive customer engagement.

Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on product features, benefits, and specifications to confidently assist customers and drive sales.

Visual Merchandising:
Contribute to creating an appealing store environment by maintaining well-organized displays and ensuring products are showcased attractively.
Transaction

Processing:
Efficiently handle customer transactions, including cash handling, credit card transactions, and issuing receipts.

Customer Service:
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and returns promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

Stock Management:
Assist in managing inventory levels, restocking shelves, and conducting regular stock checks to maintain optimal product availability.

Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve overall store objectives, contributing positively to team dynamics

Sales Reporting:

Generate and analyze sales reports to track individual and team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies for growth.


Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant sales or retail experience is preferred.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a retail environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail setting and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
