Web and Android Application Security Tester

Job Description_
Responsibilities_
Participate in static and dynamic vulnerability assessments and source code reviews.
Prescribe mitigation techniques for discovered vulnerabilities along with its implementation methodology.
Work on improvements for provided security services, including the continuous enhancement of existing methodology material and supporting assets.
Prepare vulnerability reports that clearly describes security vulnerabilities and mitigation measures against them.
Mode of Work will be from Mobisec office or/and client premises within NCR.
Academic Requirements_
Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution in Computer Science, Information

Technology or a related discipline. (required)

Knowledge of security principles, techniques and technologies. (required)
Good understanding of HTTP protocol and communication. (required)
Work Experience/ Skill Set Requirements_
Use of SAST and DAST tools such as Veracode, Checkmarx SAST, InsightAppSec, Burp Suite, Acunetix, WhiteHat DAST, IBM AppScan, ImmuniWeb by MobileSuite, Drozer, MobSF, ADB, etc. to identify OWASP top 10 vulnerabilities and insecure configurations. (required)
Manual pentest (required) and reverse engineering skills. (preferred)
Application development background and security knowledge. (preferred)
Good understanding of the components of a SSDLC. (preferred)
