I.) Graduate
I.) Fresher or 2-3+ years of experience in managing
volume hiring and IT hiring
III.) Understand market dynamics and drive business
decisions
IV.) Ability to thrive in a fast paced, multi-tasking
environment and to manage multiple deadlines
Soft Skills:
V.) Exceptional communications - verbal and writing
VI.) Should have knowledge on MIS and updating
reports
Preferred Qualification:
I.) MBA

B.) Position Summary:
The Recruitment Lead is accountable for the overall recruitment service delivery of the various functions in volume and
technology hiring for Pune and support other locations
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned)
hiring.
2.) Handling support/lateral/leadership level recruitment of all processes right from sourcing profiles, interviewing, offer
making and discussion and joining formalities.
5.) Coordinate and assist in scheduling the interviews.

8.) Recruitment analysis, updating and publishing the Joining Report on a weekly basis.
