Description
Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations and company standards.

  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure adherence to safety guidelines.
  • Provide safety training to employees, subcontractors, and other relevant personnel.
  • Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for preventive measures.
  • Maintain safety records and documentation, including incident reports, training records, and safety meeting minutes.
  • Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to address safety concerns and implement corrective actions.
  • Conduct safety audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve safety performance.
  • Promote a culture of safety awareness and accountability among all team members.

Salary:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
