    Description

    About the internship:

    Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

    1. Create and format a wide range of documents using Microsoft Word, including reports, manuals, proposals, and other business materials

    2. Ensure documents are visually appealing, well-structured, and comply with the organization's branding guidelines

    3. Design and develop visually engaging PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use

    4. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand presentation requirements and deliver compelling visual content

    5. Review and edit documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and proper grammar

    6. Conduct thorough proofreading to identify and correct errors

    7. Implement version control procedures to track changes and maintain document history

    8. Manage updates and revisions to documents and presentations as needed

    9. Work closely with subject matter experts, project managers, and other team members to gather information and create effective documents

    10. Act as a liaison between departments to ensure content accuracy and completeness

    11. Develop and maintain document templates to facilitate standardized document creation

    12. Ensure templates are user-friendly and align with the organization's branding
