We are looking for an Online Bidder who is responsible for identifying, negotiating, and securing new business opportunities for an organization through various online platforms, such as freelance, Upwork, GURU, PPH, Fiverr, etc and ensuring a high level of excellence.
This role requires excellent communication skills, combined with the ability to understand technical concepts and tender questions then provide clear concise responses whilst working to deadlines and targets.
Responsibilities:
- Generate business through online portals like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer etc.
- Find the right jobs and write proposals for them
- Analyze client requirements and provide appropriate bidding solutions.
- Stay informed about competitors and industry trends. Adjust bidding strategies and approaches as needed to remain competitive.
- Keep detailed records of all client interactions, proposals, and contracts.
- Provide regular reports to management on the status of ongoing bids, wins, losses, and market trends.
- Submitting a completed bid to an existing or prospective client, on time and within budget
- Bidding on Freelance, Fiverr, Upwork and other freelance portals on daily basis to acquire projects and converting those projects into long term sales
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an online bidder or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and web development services is a plus.
- Knowledge of drafting business proposals
- Business development process
- Business sales strategy
- Analyze marketing trends
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of online bidding platforms and marketplaces (e.g., Upwork, Freelancer, Guru).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
