ob Description:
Experience in US Payroll required. US Taxation, Benefits, Garnishments, Tubs configuration experience is required.

  • 5+yrs of experience on SAP HCM with PA, OM modules on ECC/HANA platforms.
  • Ability to design Enterprise Structures, Org Structures, PA Structures, Role Management, Position Managenet, Cost Centers, Business Units, Etc.
  • Finance Integration.
  • Ability to work under challenging environment and timelines.
  • Worked on the organizational management om and personnel administration pa modules able to prepare mini HR master data at least.
  • Knowledge on Dynamic action
  • Should have skill to work as SME for interface issues troubleshooting like IDOC, FTP and SFTP, concur, SF to EC BIB integration.
  • Able to take requirement from Business and convey to ABAP person for Reports, Interfaces.
  • Added advantage if have worked on SuccessFactors EC.
  • ABAP debugging skills will help to project.
  • Have experienced on SNOW, change procedure, FS creation etc.

Pay:
₹1,500, ₹3,000,000.00 per year


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
