Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver comprehensive English lessons that align with the curriculum standards of grades 9 to 1
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes active student participation and engagement in the learning process.
Utilize a variety of instructional strategies, technology, and teaching aids to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities within the classroom.
Teach various aspects of English, including literature analysis, writing skills, grammar, vocabulary, and critical thinking.
Provide timely and constructive feedback on students' work, helping them identify areas for improvement and growth.
Create a supportive and respectful classroom environment that encourages open discussions, critical thinking, and collaboration among students.
Maintain accurate and uptodate records of student attendance, grades, and academic performance.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and refine curriculum materials, instructional strategies, and assessment methods.
Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding students' progress, achievements, and areas needing improvement.
Stay current with educational best practices, trends, and developments in the field of English education.
Engage in extracurricular activities, such as literary clubs, debate teams, or writing workshops, to further enrich students' learning experiences.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an English teacher, preferably at the high school level.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong passion for English literature, writing, and language arts education.
Proficiency in integrating technology and multimedia tools into the teaching process.
Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and respected.
Patience, adaptability, and strong classroom management skills.
Commitment to continuous professional growth and development.
Familiarity with diverse teaching methodologies and assessment practices.
Strong organizational and time management skills.

Salary:
₹9, ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:
