Key Responsibilities:


  • Plan, prepare, and deliver comprehensive English lessons that align with the curriculum standards of grades 9 to 1
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes active student participation and engagement in the learning process.
  • Utilize a variety of instructional strategies, technology, and teaching aids to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities within the classroom.
  • Teach various aspects of English, including literature analysis, writing skills, grammar, vocabulary, and critical thinking.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback on students' work, helping them identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Create a supportive and respectful classroom environment that encourages open discussions, critical thinking, and collaboration among students.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of student attendance, grades, and academic performance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and refine curriculum materials, instructional strategies, and assessment methods.
  • Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding students' progress, achievements, and areas needing improvement.
  • Stay current with educational best practices, trends, and developments in the field of English education.
  • Engage in extracurricular activities, such as literary clubs, debate teams, or writing workshops, to further enrich students' learning experiences.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as an English teacher, preferably at the high school level.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong passion for English literature, writing, and language arts education.
  • Proficiency in integrating technology and multimedia tools into the teaching process.
  • Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and respected.
  • Patience, adaptability, and strong classroom management skills.
  • Commitment to continuous professional growth and development.
  • Familiarity with diverse teaching methodologies and assessment practices.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Salary:
₹9, ₹18,000.00 per month
