Position description:

To have fluency in Problem solving operations and to support day to day Solar Projects design and costing related task so as to achieve common goal of organization towards Excellency.

Primary Responsibilities:

Responsible for module design and specifications.
Aware of all IEC/ BIS and other module certifications and procedures for same.
Responsible for R&D of product to improve quality and meet international standards
Competitor module analysis
To ensure and adopt the latest product technology in the market.
Able to do various reliability tests on module as per standards
Contribute towards development of quality standards for raw materials & inprocess product and also product specifications for finished products

Educational qualifications preferred

Category: Bachelor's Degree

Field specialization: Electrical and Electronics engineering

Degree: Bachelor of Engineering

BE, Bachelor of Technology
BTech

Required Knowledge:
High/Mid level of proficiency in English and Hindi

Required Skills:

3-5 years of progressive experience in solar module/cell manufacturing.
