Looking For a marketing executive.

Marketing Executive for real estate sales should be Responsible for generating leads & revenue. Calling prospective leads. Scheduling & conducting regular meetings with Clients & participating in events. Communication, Presentable, Presentation Skills.

Must require at least 2 years of Real Estate experience


Roles and Responsibilities

  • To ensure sales in residential real estate.
  • Responsible for generating new business opportunity for the company.
  • Looking for a hard core performer in selling Residential Property.
  • Continuous follow up with the customers and building and retaining client relationships through continuous follow up with clients for their requirements.
  • Talk to the leads generated by marketing team & explain the project details
  • Convince them for the site visit.
  • Take prospects for site visits answering all relevant queries in the process.
  • Report on sales activities to senior management.
  • Reaching the targets and goals set for your area.
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.
  • Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
  • Compiling and analysing sales figures.
  • Collecting customer feedback and market research.
  • Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieving targets.
  • Keeping up to date with products and competitors.

Salary:
₹12,500.00 per month
