As a Business Analytics & Strategy (BAS) Associate Consultant, you will be a member of a small team of professionals who work closely with the Hedge Fund Services team in creating, developing, and maintaining key metrics for data analysis and reporting.

The BAS Consultant must have strong analytics skills as well as the ability to creatively resolve problems.

The ideal Metrics Analyst will have the skills necessary to work independently with minimum supervision as well a strong attention to detail.

Understand various data sets/sources of HFS business
GTT, GRP, MIS, & Risk
Build databases using SharePoint (SP) Lists and Workflows
Create automated and interactive dashboards/reports on SP interface (front end) with user friendly visualization
Create SP sites/libraries to store and maintain business information
Understand reports and dashboards of the BAS team and replicate them on SharePoint
Liaison with HFS stakeholders and identify new opportunities for representing data/information on SharePoint / HTML / JavaScript.

- Understand the time tracking tool Global Time Tracker (GTT) and develop relevant dashboards - Be a point of contact for all administrative tasks related to GTT - Provide insightful information on all the dashboards/reports created - Use SharePoint analytics and provide analysis of data/reports - Enhance team's skill on web designing and SharePoint library - Mentor team members and provide time feedback to manager as required

A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in Microsoft SharePoint designing, JavaScript, JQuery, Nintex Forms, Visual Studio, Web Designing, Site optimization and maintenance Experience in HTML, DHTML, CSS, MS SharePoint tool, Advanced MS Excel skill and VBA Macro preferable Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Masters' degree would be an advantage. Accredited certifications in SharePoint design or web developing Excellent web designing and visualization techniques Creation of automated and interactive dashboards on SharePoint / Tableau / JavaScript Maintenance and troubleshooting of SharePoint sites/libraries Strong understanding of Business and operations data sets Approachable and able to promote teamwork through creative solutions Good analytical, numerical and reasoning skills Time management and delegation skills Understanding of financial industry/Hedge Funds would be an added advantage Excellent English grammar, written and verbal communication skills Adaptive, flexible style with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
